The President

Jacquelyn Saad is a seasoned human resources professional with more than 30 years experience in change management. Jackie has served in several C-suite positions for multi-national companies including positions as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Alliance Atlantis Communications, Vice President, Organizational Development of Hemosol Inc. and Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Bank of America Canada.

Certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO), Jackie has managed several major restructuring processes including downsizing, mass terminations, business mergers and business closures. She has also managed many sensitive terminations, termination negotiations and wrongful dismissal lawsuits, involving employees at executive levels. Additionally she has investigated harassment complaints, employee frauds, substance abuse issues, safety issues and dealt extensively with governmental agencies, including Human Rights and Pay Equity Commissions, Employment Standards Branches and HRDC.

Jackie has developed employee communication programs, established human resource policies, programs and systems, coached and mentored executives, managers and employees, facilitated executive team building programs and designed, conducted and evaluated numerous training and development programs. She has acted as a mediator and holds a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor Law School as well as a Certificate in Labour Relations from Queens University. In addition to having a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Windsor, Jackie has a Paralegal License from The Law Society of Upper Canada.
